From what I've seen in the Baltic social media sphere they're getting fairly annoyed at Ukraine's repeated attempts at scarmongering them with the "Russia will invade you at any moment" narrative.

They know the risks and what the intelligence reports are. They don't need the propaganda spin.

It would be a crisis for Russia, not NATO. Russia would be exposed on an island they realistically can't defend. And would either be defeated or leave volunteeringly. They'd look weak and silly. There is no scenario where such a stunt collapses European unity. Only in Russian wet dreams.
