Until we start charging $7.99 a month to look at it, we will never unlock the full potential of The Moon

Or a Vargas walk... Ok, ok
Time for another Vargas double and Murakami's second Chicago homer for insurance 🙏🙏🙏 #WhiteSox
The best part of Murakami's first South Side home run was that someone was on base when he hit it ⚾🎉
Well they stopped, but hey, a good inning #WhiteSox

I wonder if they had the radar gun on that one 👀🔥
Image of all the outlines of MLB stadiums laid on top of each other to demonstrate the difference in shapes, especially the outfield walls
From your point of view, what makes watching baseball uniquely better than any other sport?
Other than the unique outfield walls, I love watching fielders lock in when a pitch is thrown then immediately relaxing like they're on their front porch with a lemonade. There's many other things too.

It's very cold across most of the country, so to counteract that, quote-post a favorite photo from a summertime baseball game.

Included the Flo Rida post game concert
This is still true.
The White Sox weren’t necessarily on anyone’s radar as a front-runner to sign Murakami, but given the direction the team seems to be headed, this makes sense. Where does Murakami fit in with a young Sox roster? The White Sox are in a position that many contenders are not, namely that they can afford to take a chance on a high-risk, high-reward player like Murakami. If he strikes out twice a game for the first month of the season, there won’t be the pressure to bench him that would come with playing for a contender with great expectations. Chicago can give Murakami time to figure things out, and if he does, the Sox will either have a potential building block or a prime trade candidate.
I like the move, honestly.

Just got home and read through your Delilah play by play. Loved it. Surprisingly decent replacement for actually tuning in. I could hear it all in my head as I read through. The muffley voices of the callers, the classic holiday music, and of course...

During the 2025 White Sox season I thought about this video every time Colson or Braden Montgomery were mentioned... Which is to say *A LOT*
