@itsjustgrace.bsky.social Hello - hope you don’t mind me asking but do you still do Storz and Bickel repairs? My apologies if not.

At Tolpuddle for my annual socialism top up. If only more parts of the UK could be like this….
Well, that was unexpected. Just found £10,000 that I’d forgotten about in an old pension, which is nice. Might go to the pub to sip an ice cold pint and work out what to do with it.
Couldn’t resist a quick nose around the other place where #gammons are apoplectic about every aspect of #Glastonbury, the festival which none of them have personal experience of 🤣
Ah, festival bogs…. 😀
Have you ever been?
If you ever want to feel the red mist of frustrated rage rising, buy a Canon printer scanner and expect it to work normally. I just spent nearly an hour grappling with one of these shit devices just to scan a simple 5 page A4 document.
And to think that wanker Vance says there’s no #freespeech in the UK! www.dublinlive.ie/news/world-n...
Today I’m home again after a week in the US spent watching my oldest son graduate and then we headed to Boston for a few days. The current paranoid state of the US authorities leads them to search the social media of all who apply for a visa so I’ve kept me gob shut on here for a good while.
PS - know of any pics anywhere from that one?
That must’ve been a wild night. The Gaumont is now called The Mayflower and is a lovely red velvet plush seated fancy theatre. Wonder if it was all fancy back then? Probably not after The Who gig 😆
What is the number they plan to remove from PIP and how many of that number are not currently working?
The establishment will never chastise themselves. You could repost this in another 20 years and nothing much will have changed - the haves will still fiercely, brutally guard themselves and their system against the have-nots.
Wow! Wow wow wow!!! I’m usually very chipper and upbeat with my clients, but couldn’t be arsed today - felt flat. Got to 5pm and my client has just upped my fee without any prompting or comment from me. Are the two things connected? Nice surprise though.
If King Charles is getting medical weed prescribed, then surely the message about its legality must’ve trickled down to even the stupidest copper / bouncer / border guard. Hopefully this means less stigma and fewer confiscations.
So, even the king is on medical #cannabis now. radaronline.com/p/king-charl...
That track should be re-recorded by angry citizens for the current era.
“must” or will?
Jay, can you be persuaded to come back to Winchester? It’s been years since your last show here which was a great night. Plus, there are lots of nice places round here to eat and drink inc several interesting new ones since your last visit. Fingers crossed….
The man whose raw guitar sound caught my attention in late ‘76 has died. Rest in peace The Damned’s Brian James. louderthanwar.com/brian-james-...
It was refreshing to shoot a bona fide master of his craft who had been gigging for 50 years by that time compared to the divas and arseholes in the latest haircut bands who clogged up the pages of the NME.
Of all the artists I photographed, Eddy was easiest to work with. He was very charismatic especially when he broke into a smile. I covered his Glastonbury slot in 08 or 09 or whenever it was and treasure the memory of a really great gig on a sunny afternoon.
Squidward would approve
Once again, New Zealand were on top of all things environmental way before the rest of the world, which would do well to listen to more of what #NZ has to say.
@dannychambers.bsky.social - Trump is acting increasingly in favour of Russia. What is your view on the suspicion held by many in intelligence and security circles that he has been a Russian asset since his first visited there in 1987?
No idea, I just watch from afar and wish it wasn’t happening.
There’s an entire book on the subject of this. I’ve not finished it yet but it’s been a jaw dropping read so far. amzn.eu/d/4U8aYo0
My guess is that was a faulty boiler leaking carbon monoxide fumes.
Went to Laibach tonight and there was a Dad there with his lad who was probably about 12 but proudly sporting a Front 242 t-shirt. The baton has been passed on it seems.
