You can’t fuel up typically at home with fuel but you can with an EV and you can top up the amount typically used for local journeys overnight without even buying a special charger.
I use about 35 miles a day and can top up 50 at home overnight on slow charge. Costs me no time.

But excusing those behaviours and failing to safeguard others not only risks trauma of harassment but the likelihood they will be called/assumed liars when they do disclose because that person has solidified their power & ability to manipulate the narrative.
When you get that number of people independently making accusations, showing a pattern of behaviours, it’s not a coven of liars.
We know from subsequent cases that behaviours that ‘skirt the line’ legally get excused, but conviction is not the required standard for employer’s to act to safeguard.
