I was a candidate & engaged with non-voters & people who did not vote for me. I don’t blame the them. They have lost trust, been let down, gaslighted and lied to. One conversation with them from me could not overcome that.

I showed my 11- and 13-year-old a clip of Elon’s speech with the gesture, without any context. As soon as they saw it, they were shocked, and my 13-year-old wouldn’t even say what it was, calling it “so bad.”
