It’s 7 weeks since I couldn’t walk on my ankle anyway so I’m not sure why I bothered.

I’m trying not to be furious. I told him I have stage 4 arthritis in both knees and have to tape with KT tape 24/7. Yet my exercises are crossing ankles and pushing together while crossed.

I’m so upset. Hypermobility is a soft tissue condition, but he hasn’t even considered it in giving these exercises. 😭

He gave me three exercises to do for a month. Except he clearly didn’t listen when I told him about my condition because I’m unable to do two of the three exercises. 😲😳😭

Just had a physiotherapy appt (online) for the ankle I couldn’t walk on SEVEN weeks ago…

Annnnnd it’s just blown over our potted pear tree 🥺

That wind has to be harder than 35mph. It took my breath away and it’s whistling hard around the house corners. 😲

Just done the recycling. The 35mph wind blew the paper all over the garden. I have just sworn like a fish wife, loudly, in the garden. 😳
