I released a new music demo on Patreon!
It's a new thing, not like the rest of my music.
You can listen to a part of it for free, or support me for a small amount to get the full-length demo ^^

Maya Forstator (Founding member of anti-trans charity Sex Matters) responds (on Facebook)to Stonewall's announcement of new chairperson Kezia Dugdale with "congratulations Kezia Dougdale. I hope we can have discussions.
Says it all really.
Ahem.
When cis people say they need a "civil discussion" around "trans issues," what they really mean is they want a discussion amongst themselves about how quickly they can get rid of us, over tea, preferably before the rush-hour traffic.
AU where Pinkamena and Pinkie are a System, Pinkamena came first and Pinkie came to be from the Rainboom. Pinkie fronts most often but still loves Pinkamena like a sister, and maybe with her new friends can help her break her shell

The Onion wants to make us submissive slaves to the New world order.
Correct.
The satirical news outlet The Onion has a new plan to take over conspiracy theorist Alex Jones' Infowars platforms and turn them into parodies.

Anne Hathaway bought the rights to a novel about a tradwife influencer who wakes up in 1855 and has to actually live the life she's been selling online. The book is called Yesteryear. It came out 3 days ago. The film rights were already sold to Hathaway, who will produce and star.
Holy shit, I have NEVER been more excited for a movie.
First still from "Charlie vs. the Chocolate Factory" (Sony Pictures Imageworks / Netflix / 2027), an animated movie by Jared Stern & Elaine Bogan.
Set in modern day London after the chocolatier is released from prison for the crimes committed in the original story.

every new adult animated sitcom is a crazy talented animation crew trying to save the worst script a live action showrunner has ever written
I never disparage these shows bc the crew is always doing their best under a B-list celeb who ignores their advice & calls all the shots
"Personal responsibility" covers a multitude of societal sins.
The democrats should not become the party of "personal responsibility", who have nothing but mockery and scorn for people facing hardship and hunger and increased precarity.
And the actual party itself is not that.
But there is a certain type of bluesky, bluemaga turbolib who absolutely is.
I think this is where we just agree to disagree and step away

I never said you didn't. I'm not saying the Culkins are bad, I honestly think they said that bc they thought this weird stuff was normal. What I'm saying is the statement of a celebrity THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW and who probably grew up around people normalizing weird things should not be taken as proof
You still don't know the Culkins. Neither of us do. That's the point. It is never reliable to put 100% faith in celebrities defending other celebrities we also don't know personally. And some of the people who said they didn't see him as predatory as kids walked that back as grown adults.
A celebrity should never be the end all be all of your opinion, no matter how good you see them. I say this with all the respect I truly have for you. And well after Culkin said that, as recently as last month, lawsuits are still coming out
You can see for yourself here if you don't believe me. youtu.be/M-2fBSEZAiA?...
Yes, because courts have never shown bias to celebrities
He paid many families of kids who came forward saying he did some shit to settle lawsuits out of court. Literally hush money
Plus he's stated in filmed interviews that he doesn't see how his grown ass sleeping with kids was weird
He slept alone with kids in rooms basically unsupervised all the time, had a shrine of pictures of random babies in his house, and even has a pic being buddy-buddy with Epstein
