It's Friday, so time for another Dingo release!

We're gearing up for Catalyst M4: Transaction Gateway and added the per-era UTxO rules (phase 1) during block sync.

We're building still.

We are getting close to having an interesting demo for Dingo's (our Go node) progress.

It's hard to build momentum over here with the smaller audience.

Oh no! Dingo ate my blockchain! We completed the code for milestone 3 and released v0.3.0 with Ouroboros NtC and UTxORPC protocols!
