I'm not sure this counts as esoteric, but I have a weirdly specific one. Grabbing / restraining someone at the ankle. I like BDSM and Paws / Feet so I guess not super surprising... But this turns me on irrationally strong. Even when my entire body is restrained, that's the part I focus on the most.
