Up to now I've not been up for a reunion of Alice &Chris as they make great co-parents. However, Chris seemed genuinely thoughtful when Rex made the point about 'enabling' and I'm up for him considering how different things might have been/might be, and how good that could be for Alice. #TheArchers

Absolutely.
I’ve been in similar situations and would always go alone. Totally my choice and I don’t think my husband or daughter would even think to offer as they know I manage things better by myself.
While there’s still something between Alice and Chris, I think it’s because they’ve not dealt with the ending of their relationship. It happened during Alice’s illness & I don’t think either of them can move on until they’ve dealt with the ending. I think they make better co-parents than partners.

I deleted the Amazon app a few months ago. Yes it takes a little longer to go directly to source but I’m happier that they get my money instead of the already bulging pockets of Amazon. It also means I’m far more considered in my buying. Hardly buy anything now which is great!!

The patriarchy, misogyny, higher expectations. You know it and I know it - I could go on for days but it’s loud and clear in The Archers.
I don’t know if the SWs write it on purpose or if they have fallen under the patriarchal spell as well and haven’t noticed what they’re doing.
