I haven’t posted much but I promise, I’ve been working on projects!

Some paths are callings.
☺️
Now I’m feeling super inspired to keep working on Volume 5 &6! Thank you!
Happy Reading!
Sorry about that! I’ve failed at promotion, 😓 but I have been writing! ☺️Volumes 3 & 4 will be out this May & June! (Price of a Thousand Blessings is the series title.)
Small, cream-colored mushrooms with a water drop on the edge of it.
Looking so happy, despite all the rain.
Painting of a water drop in a gold frame floating over a flooded field. Text reads: The rain came as a blessing. It stayed as a curse.
With rivers rising and rain falling, I thought I’d revisit this illustration from earlier floods & remember all the people who helped each other through high waters. ( keep safe!)
Tiny fern growing up from between planks.
I’m so glad that you are still here.
I was lucky enough to have a story included in this excellent collection!
Feral apple tree covered in gold apples at the top of a dirt path.
I love revisiting this feral tree, to see how it’s faring and all the little creatures that it supports.
A monochrome illustration of a mechanical cure from Lord of the White Hell.
For anyone who’s interested, I posted an extra little story, set in the World of Lord of the White Hell. It’s on my Patreon this week and available to free members— so there’s no cost. I just wanted to share.
Yes! They’re Stellar Jays. Though my wife and I call our little folk the “Saha Boids”. 😄
Three stellar jays taking peanuts from on top of a pumpkin carved with eyes.
Love to see them.
Amanita muscaria mushroom growing in the woods. The mushrooms is orange in the center and yellow at the edges.
Out seeing what’s about. Thought this amanita looked so vivid in the rain and gloom that I wanted to share it with you all! (I feel like it reminds me to stay bright… and also maybe poison anyone who tries to devour me…?)
Mound of fallen autumn leaves. Most are red and yellow. Many are maple leaves.
On my way to the bookstore I noticed this vivid collection scattered in the gutter and I was struck by how these leaves seemed to bring beauty to any place they fell.
I'm building my own world🍂
A midwest vast, and vaster.
QRP with your world
The way ahead may not be clear but I still know what path I’ll follow.
Drawing of an inflatable unicorn with the Trans flag colors dancing with a green inflatable frog. Rainbow stripes swirl around them and the text reads, ‘Stronger Together!’
If you need to take a moment and stand in the breeze, looking up through the autumn branches of a young tree— this is as close as I can bring you.

I really like that research for a story can motivate me to try new things and appreciate the experiences!
Monotone Illustration of young man holding a mechanical cricket. A jagged shadow is cast behind him and he is under an arch decorated with a motif of a phoenix and sea serpent entwined.
I know, I’ve been quiet for a while, but I promise, I’ve been working! First drafts of Volume 3 & 4 are complete & I’m editing now.(They should be released May/June).
Thank you for making these episodes!
These are beautiful illustrations! Thank you so much for sharing them!
Bee in a Datura Blossom—just a hint of color but warm as the scent of honey.
Wow! That is awesome!
Garlic looking so green and serpentine! 😄
That’s beautiful!
My favorite blueberry bush this season is this spicy bluecrop that took residence in the rows of jersey bushes and is absolutely thriving. I love coming across her every time I go picking.
Sweet blue weekend
