I agree with allowing students to come up with alternative ways to complete assignments. These differentiated assignments allow students to work towards their strengths and usually end up being more engaged. #TeacherEd

I really like the idea of using visual agendas and checkpoints. This is something I would like to start implementing in my class to help my students who need a bit more support in following along with the goals of our projects and the required steps.#TeacherEd

That's a great way to deal with avoiding quick meltdowns. Whenever one of my 5th graders needs a break, he will signal to me to go for a quick de-stress walk with me to my next class . It seems to make a big difference in avoiding getting overwhelmed. #TeachersEd
