As someone who changed their name (for gender reasons), it is kinda heartbreaking to feel dread whenever I hear my birth name now because I used to love it so much

It is truly incredible how many talented and dedicated writers there are out here uploading their fan fiction for us to read for free!! And I really feel I've learned so much from reading them too 😭🖤 love a good au from someone who knows a ton about the au they are inserting the characters into

I love collecting data and stats for no reason so I wrote down the word count for each fic I read last year and for the first 400 fics it was around 10mil words total so I imagine 4,000 fics would be around 100 million words 😵‍💫

(My numbers were based on fic word counts ranging from 1,500-600,000)

omg i was looking through folders and found some of my first bingqiu doodles from May (I don't remember why I drew them with a tiny snuffkin and moomin?? ive never even watched moomin but its cute!!)

Guys....... physically seeing just how big books are that are 500,000+ words is insane. Like wydm thats my weekend fun little fic reading amount

^ sooo the person who time travels leaves people behind and basically dies in that timeline and jumps to a different timeline in their past but are the people from the past really the same? Or is history rewritten magically? And the future and the people they left just cease to exist?

I love time travel fics but the whole concept is so paradoxical that I find myself overthinking too much on what happens to the people the time traveler left behind in their timeline (personally, i believe it created a new reality and their reality exists still just w/o that person there anymore)

What's charming to me about shen yuan being so deeply closeted is that it's not unique. He is just as much in denial about all his other obvious traits like being a nerd or being kind
