Yeah I was disappointed to read this take from him.

I don’t know what the core concepts of F/S/T/S are, but if it’s 3.5 rules there’s no reason you can’t build this.

I did a brief look, and unless d20 modern is different core rules, you should be able to. The homebrew system should let you do quite a bit as long as it follows 3.5.

Hey everyone, trying something I have never tried before. I am making a D&D 3.5 app for iOS. I got tired of spreadsheets. It's called The Libram. It supports all SRD content, and has a homebrew system. I wanted something that did all the math so I didn't have to worry about it.
