So other than the fact that it tastes like shite, the other 2 main differences are

1, the alc% has dropped from 5 to 4.6

and more importantly, it isn't even Myhtos.

Mythos is a Premium Hellenic Beer

Mythos UK is a Premium Beer(laughable) with a Hellenic heart, whatever the fuck that is?

I have taken one for the team, purely in the name of research, and for the sanctity of real Greek brewed and bottled Mythos drinkers.

Don't buy the brewed in Wolverhampton shite, it's got a shite taste, it's far to gassy, and it has got an even shittier aftertaste...
