What made my skin burn most wasn’t that over 75 million people voted for Donald Trump. It was that this election didn’t seem to measurably change anything for the boys around me, whether their parents supported Mr. Trump or not.

Trying again maybe without typos. 2 years without Twtr has been good. But the downside is that I’ve really missed learning from history profs, law profs and other amazing experts. Took this last month, just after the kids rescued the kitten from a hot parking lot. She’s a feisty little tornado who has completely taken over the house with no regard for the cat, dog or humans who were already here. Good thing she’s cute
