Genuinely fascinated to know who she thinks might actually vote for the version of the Labour party she seems to want.

I hate personality cults in politics.
Hated it with Johnson. Hated it with Corbyn. Hate it more than I can express with Trump and Farage.
But the one around Starmer (people calling him 'Sir Keir' and talking about 'the grown-ups' etc is just a bit sad. Come on people. He's rubbish and you know it.

Please do take five minutes to complain about this to the BBC (and it really does only take five minutes). And demand a reply. This is the big advantage of having a broadcaster funded in the way the BBC is funded. They are accountable to us and they have an obligation to explain themselves.

You're right, it really isn't. Those people generally mean no harm.

I still think Arsenal have a better than 50/50 chance. Much easier run-in than City and presumably, Saka back soon?

Trump’s presidency is what evil looks like: absurd, frightening, cruel | Nesrine Malik Commentators have said that the US president’s clownishness and lack of ideology somehow make him less dangerous. They’re wrong, says Guardian columnist Nesrine Malik

"We tend to imbue history and all its grave events with a seriousness and coherence that we struggle to apply in the present. And I think that’s because it’s hard for the human brain to encounter evil in ludicrous form, and still recognise it as such"

Complain. In numbers.

All this.
But also, it's a terrible indictment of the Starmer project that they thought Mandelson was worth the risk. I mean, exactly how intellectually impoverished are these Labour Together people??

"Your Account is Suspended" Message on X

The CEO of Palantir posted a fascist manifesto on X.

I pointed out that it was fascist—which resulted in a permanent suspension from X (my second time!).

So, when you hear the tweeters complaining that BlueSky is intolerant, remember why many of us came here in the first place.

There's a surprising amount of crossover generally between being fiercely anti-woke and being kind of okay with noncing.

Has @economist.com always been sympathetic to sex tourism or is this a new development?

‘A quiet, radical act’: Muslim neighbours support members of attacked London synagogue After attempted arson attack, communities are determined to remain resilient and open

Read the article to restore your faith in everything. This is why I love the UK, specifically London, specifically Finchley.

I think I'd start Rodon and maybe give JJ and Bogle 45 minutes each at RB?

Most of them will leave but you'll build another one. See Leeds, summer 2023. And you'll be reet - £10m players are proper matchwinners in the Champo.

I'd be in favour of light rotation on Wednesday.
Gnonto for Okafor.
Nmecha for DCL.
Gruev for Amps.
Longstaff for Tanaka.
Still pretty strong but giving a few players a breather.

You won't mind the Championship, honest. As a Leeds fan, I speak from experience! It's a laugh. And if you go down, you won't be down there long.

Gnonto is really unlucky not to have started more this season. He was good off the bench against ManU too. He usually is, to be honest.
Would 100% start him on Wednesday.

NEW: Richard Tice failed to pay almost £100,000 in corporation tax, benefiting his investment company which made large donations to Reform UK.

First time Reform's deputy leader's tax affairs can be directly linked to finances of Nigel Farage's party.
