I wonder who I’ll be when I’m not moving to a new country and starting over every year or two?

at some point on some forum I saw someone say something like, it is amazing how all the people freak out about time travel and going back to the past because one small change can make everything different, yet today we act like we are unable to make changes that matter. I think about it every day.

Thankfully, I really love my new home. Now to move without breaking anything and then unpack 💪🏼

Just finished packing for move number 35 (ish) lifetime and I am tiiiiiiiired.

Extreme heat, almost no AC for relief, a 5 year old to manage, poor air quality AND I’m allergic to cardboard boxes (no, really)

This better be my last move for a long ass time.

Like… there are things we CAN do as individuals, plus putting pressure on decision makers to make clean air standards a priority for schools & health care. Not to mention, masking in common situations.

I met a really lovely woman at the park today, we both have 5 year olds.

She said her life was ruined by Covid - 3 infections. 2 of them left her with potentially lifelong health issues

She looked shocked and a bit embarrassed for me when I told her I’m still trying not to catch it
