So… not really a headcanon but what if he helps Al to recover from his fear of dogs by shifting into more intimidating breeds once Al is comfortable enough? So they start with a terrier and end up with a doberman, or great dane or something. 🙈 That idea lives in my head rent free for some reason.

They are just therapy for each other and match beautifully.
And for a headcanon… I think it’s a shame we don’t get more variety from Lucifer’s Shapeshifting abilities. Or I just love shapeshifters too much, idk.

I love their dynamics and I can see how they support each other when times are rough. Alastor can give Luci the support he needs when he’s feeling low, while Luci gets him to be comfortable enough to let that smile slip as much as possible and show other emotions he usually sees as weakness. <3
