I went through the process last year, came through with change of job title and 70% of former FT job with additional teaching. It's taking me all of subsequent academic session to try to adjust, increased stress due to new contractual conditions. So far not succeeding terribly well!

I’m quoted on the front page of the Observer today. They are looking back at the effects of the pandemic five years on. I say that it is primarily a story of inequalities. The poorest, disabled, young people have suffered the fallout, but this is easy to overlook
