I do get excited about other things not work, but I have to spend so much time there I might as well emotionally invest, right? And other days it’s pure torpor, so I celebrate the mind/body balance when it balances.

Alone in the office all day I got into such a flow state. I completed much work! And did some spring cleaning of my immediate work area. I swear people are putting stuff everywhere but the trash lately. But clean spaces are my superpower, I rocked it so hard today. \o/

Watching Why Women Kill and it is pretty fun. A little like Desperate Housewives but all in one house over various decades. Plus Lucy Liu and Snow from OUaT! In period dress from the 60s and 80s! (The moderns are good but I don’t know them from something else.)

So, in 10 years the rabbi has almost never commented on a publication I’ve produced… until today. :D He went out of his way to say I did a great job with the weekly newsletter. (I had changed it up after taking it on this week.) That was really cool.

I called the vendor who has been ghosting me for actual months, laid it all out politely for the receptionist who answered the phone, and she said the CEO is in town and she will ask him to help. Might finally get this thing done.

Bad migraine last night. I have a sense that mine are related to the microbiome, just based on how much vomiting happens and how much it ultimately helps the pain intensity (while thoroughly tiring me out). A bit of an aura today still. Afraid to eat. :(

In Turkey, an elderly man who earns his living by shining shoes is visited every morning at the same time by a cat that asks to have its fur brushed. The man never turns down this little friend.😍👍💙

Had a bad night terror last night but didn’t remember til this evening. It was the kind where you attempt to yell but your sleeping brain doesn’t know how, so you just make a lot of scary noise. Really hope my upstairs neighbors weren’t disturbed. They acted kinda cold when I saw them today. :/

Just saw a bald eagle gliding over the park. 😍 A single crow was flying with it in circles, probably trying to peck, but the eagle circled too high eventually and the crow flew off in a straight line.

Just learned that iPhone doesn’t let you add your step count through the Health app as a widget on the lock screen. However, there is an app that will do that called Steps and it probably is going to get me walking more. That and the good weather.

I did a lot of walking today! And of course not in my sneakers. Ow.
