I thought you meant Archie Goodwin from the Nero Wolfe mysteries until I saw the comic. Maybe the name is cursed.
Do you whisper during an eclipse?
They believe when convenient: the predictable arc of a missile, the instant reach of social media, the mysteries of the blockchain. Oh yes, they can believe.
That’s a nice novel you got there. Be a shame if somebody prologued it.
Could have told them it was just shiny decomposition.
Hey, It's my 70th birthday tomorrow, so my reverse gift is dropping the price of Luck: A Science Fiction comedy to 99 cents from March 26-April 2! If you like absurdist space operas full of naked corporate greed, vanishing planets, programmed love, and malicious coincidence, please buy my book!

Make it with light sabers and I’m in (only to watch, though).
The cold equations don’t factor in stupidity - ironic.
Happy upcoming birthday! Be of good cheer. I’m 70 next month and my existence continues, in spite of shocks.
Those disappeared days of August have to go somewhere.
Vacuum seal . . . and a really loud popping sound when you pull away.
Headphones and loud music?
There was an episode of Night Gallery called "The Doll" which was creepy enough. The final scene was oddly both terrifying and gratifying – a nice combination to pull off.
This is reasonable.
As a practical matter, can you really explain this without the hand gestures?
Went to the Ghibli museum in October and saw all the character and background studies on the walls. Just amazing to see the evolution of ideas.
