Drum patterns based on some from the RC500 built-in library which I recreated on the MPC using the 1977 Session Kit by MPC-Samples. Congas are velocity layered hits sampled off the looper.

Grooving on the Akai MPC One+ with some traditional percussion sounds, samples are all from the Boss RC-500 looper. I used the MPC auto sample feature to grab 8 velocity levels of each sound.

Thanks, sorry about the late response, internet and phone problems for a month or so. I prefer to keep everything connected up and don't switch up much, got some older videos with a Volca FM and MPC8 but will be sticking with my current lineup for a while. Maybe switch up the modular though 😄
All done in post, it can get fiddly, but at least you don't need a camera crew 😄
