A mysterious Wind Glass is caught stealing Nectar on the spot and causes trouble to local police officer and Chromato-Mart owner, RGB. Who is this thief and why is he stealing Nectar? And is the Chromato-Mart owner hiding something?
You have no idea. He's partially responsible for the whole reboot.
