In fairness, Yale and others are producing the people responsible for undermining American democracy, influence and power. So yea....checks out.

Finally I understand why the US doesn't need universal healthcare.
Never forget just how much of an absolute dolt JD Vance is.
Baby, wake up, new Iran Lego AI video just dropped
OPINION: "The flawed American Experiment in democracy, and maybe the world as we know it, cannot survive if the mentally and physically deteriorating Trump is allowed to serve out the final 1,017 days of his term." — Inquirer columnist Will Bunch

She should've had Barbara Streisand herself make this announcement
Please tell me betting on the leakers is on the prediction markets. My money is on Vance and his office. Secondary bet on Rubio.
The President of the United States is threatening to commit war crimes and wipe out a "whole civilization" — all because he started a disastrous war of his own making and had no plan and no strategy for how to end it.
This is abhorrent, and the American people do not support this.
A number of assumptions in here uses to go to war. All of them wrong, as far as I can tell.
The Blob: “We have to kneecap China because it challenges the rules-based international order.”
Trump: every week a new attack on the RBIO 100x worse than any debatable China example
Blob liberals: “Trump shouldn’t commit genocide because that will make it harder for us to kneecap China.”
I think a lot about how the weight of the presidency ages holders of the office. But it doesn't age Trump because he has no conception of responsibility to others. Seems more likely it is prolonging his life as he gets to inflict pain on others without consequence.
Profiles in Dis-courage
I often thought the years of Wolf Warrior diplomacy saw an unparalleled conflagration of soft power. I stand corrected.
The marches had no shortage of skeptics. In Oxford, Miss,, Cass Rutledge, a first-year law student at the University of Mississippi, walked through the No Kings protest and around the town square on Saturday and questioned why people thought Mr. Trump was acting like a king. "He is, you know, a duly elected president who won the popular vote and the electoral college in a landslide," Mr. Rutledge said. "And so I'm a little bit confused on how he's acting differently than any other president." He pointed to the stalemate in Congress over the SAVE America Act, the Republican-driven bill to tighten voter identification and registration rules, which Democrats have called an attempt to suppress turnout based on false claims of voting fraud. Mr. Rutledge said that Mr. Trump was "going through the process" to try to get the legislation passed.

The NYT says today’s #NoKings protests had “no shortage of skeptics,” and then quoted exactly one of those skeptics: The chairman of the Ole Miss College Republicans (as of 2025.)
But of course, the Times doesn’t ID him as such. He’s just a Concerned Youth.
Keith Thurman headlining a PPV for $75 in the year of our Lord 2026 is just bonkers.
I hope no one needs an MRI this year.
The world's largest producer of liquified helium is in Qatar and is shut off. We just got a notice that our supply for the year will be at least cut in half.
No one could have predicted this (unless they thought about it).
Yes, I'm sure bringing in a despised goon squad to interact with an even wider swath of the public is going to go great for the administration.
This is why I suspect (without evidence, of course) that leaks of internal deliberations re: Iran are coming from Vance's office. Each seems to offer some variation of him offering dissent. He will point to that later.
They’re telling me a great empire will be destroyed if I attack Persia. Even the oracles who don’t like me very much, very nasty, they all said to me, “Sir, it’s one of the great empires, and it’ll be destroyed. And all because you attacked Persia.” That’s what they’re telling me.
I asked President Trump about the FBI reportedly seizing election records in Arizona. He said they must have done that because it was a “rigged” election. I pointed out to him that his own AG said there was not measurable voter fraud to overturn that election. Then he called me a rotten reporter.

Of course the IndyCar Freedom 250 has the worst track layout I've ever seen.
To put these prices in context, this is about $4.80 per gallon. Here in San Antonio prices are about 3.20/gallon, up from roughly 2.30 over the past several months.
I don't know shit about shit, BUT, can't escape feeling that US boots on ground would be welcomed my many in Iran military. In bombing campaign, Iran largely uanble to strike any real blows. With US troops within it borders, it has the chance to grind down US resolve and inflict serious casualties.
Most people also won’t finish your 500-word article. So write at whatever length is appropriate for the subject.
This NIL summit sounds like the type of very well thought out, carefully orchestrated, meeting we've come to expect from this White House.
Remind me: when you bomb an elementary school, lure the survivors into a false sense of safety, and then bomb the survivors, leaving behind dozens and dozens of dead school children... are you the good guys?
Maybe it's the lighting, but every time I see Johnson in one of these clips, his face in that shade of red. You'd almost think it's from some level of embarrassment for the endless obfuscating/lying/sycophancy.
What can you even say? These people deserve their inevitable humiliation and the nation deserves journalists with more self-respect.
