(2/2) I find it more transformative to have affirmations target unwanted patterns. Sunday to list what I want to embody, particularly for the week. Monday meditations to list unwanted patterns and map them to the Sunday list.

Mirror work combined w/affirmations is a powerful tool to address subconscious patterns of neglect in your life. I use the the luminary days/energies (correspondences), Sunday and Monday, to consciously reprogram the subconscious. (1/2)

how do we "unify" if we fundamentally disagree on ways of being? does *your* unity look like subduing me because i don't share an ethos of harm? is it possible for you to disagree with me and, at minimum, not cause harm?

We've talked to her about it before, escalated it to a former manager, but we never told her how it has harmed us and makes us feel. I'm reflecting on accountability, awareness, restorative justice, and "unity" (since that's what so many are calling for folks to do).
