As of this writing she has running water and a roof over her head but no food, no electricity, and nothing to live on in the coming month. Included is a picture of her kitty, Gohan, who still has a bit of dry food left (thank goodness).

To compound matters, she's a school teacher who only gets paid once a month--on the last weekday of the month. So she has no new income expected until the 31st.

She couldn't go back, and had no place to go. She has now found a place and moved in over the weekend, but she has exhausted all her funds and savings doing so, as well as accruing significant amounts of debt which she only has until next month to pay or she loses her new place too.

I am posting this for a friend. She had to move--abruptly--over the weekend under adverse conditions. Her previous residence had become unsafe. She had a new place lined up, only to have the deal fall through because her identity had been stolen (and this is how she found out).

Thank you, hon. While I was unfairly accused, I acknowledge that I have failings that you are familiar with through long years of experience which make your conclusion a pretty reasonable one to reach. And I blame your current eyesight for you missing the bag that I left right next to the oranges.
