I think we all know that, and it should be obviously inferred that we're talking about the latter in common large public company cases where it's the most prominent and damaging.
A system where a company is controlled by generic businessmen detached from both reality and the very subject of their company's business motivated only by their own gains is indeed a problem. In practice it tends to become much worse in many more ways.

Our first formal community project, Creatures of Raikura, was completed! Organized by @rockinr0bin.bsky.social, members volunteered to explore the island of Raikura, and were tasked to design a fictional bestiary for Doctor Estella Darwin PhD.
