Disgusting and Un-American
I keep telling people this. If I have a choice of doing a dedicated 30 minutes of cardio in my house and then running an errand by car that takes say 25 minutes, I'd rather just run that errand by bike in maybe 40 minutes and save time overall. It's very doable.
Fighting against car dependency is fighting for more affordability, among many other important things.
