Again: for any big liberal donor who wants to funnel millions into fixing this country's politics, the ROI on buying any struggling paper and simply tasking it with doing real reporting on local news is vastly higher than the same $$ given to some group that does mass ad buys every election year.

The biggest story in the world right now is that the president of the United States is a demented old man who takes pleasure in torturing and killing people and is committing crimes with impunity. And yet most legacy media outlets are too cowardly to tell it like it is.

I don’t redo my CV often enough to have meaningful gripes. I occasionally wish it were easier to keep formatting consistent (or to change formatting or experiment with formatting), but not enough to actually invest effort into making it easier.
