I had exactly the same thought as I saw this car in Seattle the other day: the constant refrain of “get your toys out of the street” bicyclists face every day. It lifted even further as the light changed and they drove on. I was hoping for a small rock to take out the rear differential.

Around 30 minutes ago Seattle Fire responded to a driver hitting someone on a scooter on University Way NE between 52nd Street and 55th Street.
The scooter rider is being transported to Harborview with significant injuries.
