From my lonely perspective, it's difficult to find age-appropriate compatibility. Medical stuff means pain and fatigue are never far. So super active lifestyles are a no go. You'd be surprised how often that happens. And then there are those that see me as a means of income.

There are generations of weightlifters (including myself in my younger years) who'd listen to that Basil Polespuris masterpiece in the gym. I had 3 or 4 metal playlists and that soundtrack at the ready anytime I lifted.
