Claude Design was released yesterday, so I used the same prompt from the promo video to ask Opus 4.7 to make an app in @clickly.app

Unlike Claude Design, it uses real native components.
And exports reliable and clean source code for @expo.dev, generated deterministically (without AI).

DHS is a black box on purpose.

At every turn throughout its history, its leadership has neglected transparency and rejected oversight. They have demonstrated a complete willingness to abandon standards of care, dignity, ethics, and morality to perpetrate evil and depravity.

Mad at someone making artwork for me and not charging me enough for it so I'm just paying them like a normal amount.

Stop underselling your artwork, especially now that there are computers that will do it for free!

You are the premium option now!

You are HBO and AI is... well... AI.

Haidt is sooo frustrating. He's infected so many otherwise-thinking parents' brains with his "it's the Internet, stupid" philosophy.

Ah, yeah, that is a particularly annoying way to use the term. Unearned indeed, because it sounds like they're identifying AT Protocol as THE login authority for the Internet. I do like the term as a way to reference _domains_ intended as personal identifiers. Domains are universal.

As long as Internet Handle means "a domain name you use to identify yourself across the decentralized web", I'm pretty cool with it. Would be stupid if we try to scope the term to AT Protocol though.

When I search users for a specific term, I'd like to be able to go past the first page of results

you shouldn’t learn about bands from shady TikTok manipulation, you should learn about bands by hanging out with a girl you like but are also extremely afraid of

Don't know who needs to see this, but if you see an opinion that bothers you somewhat you can just block and move on instead of engaging in a protracted war in that person's mentions.

The RSS-for-consumers scene is bleak, at the moment, but it's powering more backend tech than ever. Very weird trajectory.

imo what makes computers a source of epistemic leverage is precisely the ironclad reliability of deterministic formal systems

it's the ability to know that the information you get out of a computer relates in a well-defined way to what you put in

if you take that away then you have a dancing bear

This point really is everything. We will just have to keep repeating and rewording it until it's common knowledge. So many "AI" users really don't even know the first thing about the tools they're using.

Florida cop forced into 'training/counseling' for farting in colleague's face Police often call their profession a brotherhood, but two Palm Beach sheriff's deputies took the analogy too far.

Latest: I got public records showing that a Palm Beach County Sheriff's detective was disciplined for farting in a coworker's face.

This is what I got into journalism for. This is what it's all about, folks. reason.com/2026/04/02/f...

Kristi Noem’s Husband Accused of Living Double Life as Crossdresser Obsessed With ‘Bimbofication’ Kink Bryon Noem, the husband of former Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, was accused of living a double life as a boob-obsessed crossdresser.

I'm generally tolerant of people's private pleasures, but I draw the line at something as perverse as marrying Kristi Noem.
