It just makes me sad that this is their 'support'. Completely useless to foundation students especially.

Much as I agree and neatness, there is something about it linked to pride, showing full workings and teaching layout as a methodical approach to exam technique. As an exam marker some of the presentation makes it very tricky to mark.
