Overwhelmed by the support I’ve received from former co-workers who have reached out since losing my job last week. I’ve always been confident in my abilities. They have reinforced my confidence, and shared my disbelief of the reason I was offered.

It feels like the past 5 or so seasons, the Angels have gotten off to great starts, then spiral right as they play a late April/early May series against Toronto. So losing game 1 hopefully is not a sign of history being the indicator.
Just too many mistakes in at least half their losses.
Lost my job last week. My dog seems confused why the kid is at school and I’m still around.
But silver lining I suppose… my daughter is coming in from Florida for a visit this weekend and now I don’t have to “use PTO”
I’m determined to not let this break me, but man it’s tough.
I love Zach Neto, but ban him from challenging pitches. One wasted in the 1st inning...
Angels need this game today against the Yankees and of course they will need to go through Max Fried.
Could've had a shot at a 4 game sweep if not for Jordan Romano blowing 2 games in the 9th this week. But here we go
The Yankees have 5 guys in their lineup hitting sub .200... 2 of them walked this inning and another drove them both in with 2 outs.
Not what you want.
If I was Angels pitchers in this game I would simply not blow a 2 run lead against this portion of the Yankee lineup
I wonder if Kurt Suzuki has tried the age old managerial tactic of telling his pitchers to stop giving up runs immediately after his offense ties it up.
Kikuchi has one of the best pitching coaches in the game, and is just deciding to throw meatballs in Yankee Stadium.
I'm also entirely in favor of starting Adam Frazier and Oswald Peraza over Moncada at this point. Just a walking backwards K
Yusei Kikuchi has basically been a minor league pitcher to start this season. Can't have that from your highest paid guy in the rotation. Especially when your owner is a stingy turd
Alright look… I am 100% pro fun when it comes to baseball… but shouldn’t he get his average above .130 before he starts bat flipping?
Both teams warned after Soler was hit in 2nd AB then Lopez threw wild, up and in, in his 3rd AB. Resulting in a brawl. Soler homered in the 1st.
What a mess. At least the Angels finally show they aren’t gonna just keep taking it
Walt Weiss as the manager left the dugout to tackle an opposing player during a benches clearing brawl. He should definitely be suspended.
Thank goodness Brent Suter has a good pickoff move because otherwise that would’ve been a brutal sequence
Good try George Klassen. Have fun on the bus
George Klassen letting the moment get a little big. Took the lead he was given and gave it up after walking the bases loaded and tossing a meatball to the 9 hitter. Yuck
Holy shit Jo Adell. Have a night dude!
Angels either get good offense with awful pitching/defense, or good pitching/defense with awful offense. There is no in between
Angels getting mopped by the Cubs because Kikuchi can't throw strikes and/or miss bats and Suzuki doesn't understand the replay review system.
Figure it out
Definitely not concerning that we are 7 games in, and only 1 pitcher on the Angels has been able to record more than 13 outs in a single start. Doesn't look like Kikuchi will be able to do it today either.
I think the best part about being an Angel fan is seeing the creative new ways they can discover how to fuck up on a baseball field.
Pioneers of the game
Kikuchi leadoff walk to the 9 hole hitter. Double. Runner thrown out but called safe... Suzuki takes way too long to challenge and the run is gonna count. Angels gonna Angel
Thrown away 2 winnable games against Houston, and opening today with a 7 straight balls and counting.
Love it....
The Angels are so back...
First inning Kikuchi coming into 2026 hot. Maybe the coaches can suggest getting a 3rd out
Ever since the Tanglewood update release my Phamophobia only opens in VR mode, and it's killing my option of playing multiplayer mode. Even when I explicitly say no VR mode. Any suggestions?
1 pitch and he's out of it. So yeah... what do I know?
Kurt Suzuki bullpen management questionable at the moment. Taking a 1 run lead then immediately going to a rookie (who let 2 on), then a guy who generally has a hard time settling in to face Yordan?
Hope this one doesn't backfire.
Angels are gonna be able to get their starters out early tonight because pitchers have fallen apart in T3. Dodgers on their 12th batter of the inning.
….
Jack Kochanowicz might fuck around and get that rotation spot that he lost last year back. He was exactly who I had in mind when the Angels hired Mike Maddux. Could have a really big year.
