BREAKING: Nearly 1,000 faculty members at NYU are on strike.
The union for non-tenured faculty, @CfuUaw, was optimistic about reaching an agreement this morning.
But after giving the university a 3 hour extension, the two sides could not agree, and the strike is now on.
Never not shouting that this is DOUBLE wage theft, from the staffer who should be doing the work, and from the reimbursee forced to do it, purely for the purpose of channeling often public university funds into private app developer coffers and it sucks.

The tiny lil humans are just trying to figure out how to be humans, and thats gotta be hard! Even once you’ve got it figured out, dealing with tiny humans is hard! Two things can be true at once. Because at the end of the day, were all just tryna figure out this thing called life.
I remember being on a flight next to a child who was screaming extraordinarily loud. I remember feeling a lil irritated before realizing that my ears had just popped. It occurred to me that the poor lil guy likely felt the same discomfort but had no idea what was happening. I would be screaming too!
