in the 2 months since i last posted i got a new job at a bank, & started my permanent residence application for canada which is not going as badly as i thought it would.

our spring concert is LOADED by the way. i programmed mars, venus and jupiter from the planets, romeo & juliet by tchaikovsky, and conga del fuego nuevo by arturo marquez. thinking of adding duel of the fates since our concert is on May 4. my group really impressed me this first rehearsal!!!

just bought a BUNCH of john williams music for my orchestra to play as well as some beethoven. pros: finally i can force them to play the superman march. cons: it takes FOREVER for sheet music to ship ANYWHERE

my advice for bluesky is: post links to your stuff. always use alt text (descriptive text on photos you post). follow whoever interests you. bluesky does not have an algorithm so you are responsible for seeking out content you like.
