The story focuses on David, who was born with super speed. He grew up dreaming to be a super hero one day, but he comes from a strict cultural background who frowns upon such aspirations. Those born with powers are encouraged to hide it their entire lives.
(편달) Pyeondal will be a superhero centric animation story, but from the perspective of a child of East Asian immigrants living in the US. 편달 translates literally to whiplash. It means to provide strict feedback/ encouragement as a leader/ role model.
