It's so strange why people aren't just honest!! Some people purposefully shrink their garments in the laundry to make them fit better so surely SOMEONE will buy it if it's listed that way! And yeah I usually also ask for measurements. I just didn't this time, but I won't make that mistake again 🥲

Thankfully I like my sweats baggy, so I can still get the new ones on my body, but they're comically short. I was convinced they were a size smaller until checking the label. Maybe I'm just neurotic about my laundry habits, but shrinking in the dryer is the only logical explanation I can think of.
The three pairs I have are all different colors & all fit the same. The new pair is at least 2, maybe 3 inches shorter, I'd guess 3-4 inches tighter in the hips, and the drawstring is barely long enough to come out of the holes for it. I double checked and it is, in fact, labeled as the same size.
Ok I feel like it should be REQUIRED to put in Poshmark (and other online marketplaces) listings if the clothing you are selling has shrunk in the laundry (if you aren't including measurements, anyways). I just bought a pair of sweatpants that is a duplicate of three others that I already have.

Oh oof. I admittedly don't know much about ME/CFS, but even with just a quick search, it seems pretty clear that exercise is actively unhelpful. Like I didn't even have to dig to find that. Even the NHS has it clearly on their ME/CFS page that GET is not recommended 😭

I think one of the things that is a HUGE barrier is that in primary care settings in the US, if someone has a BMI above the "healthy" range, adding the corresponding diagnosis code and a related intervention (e.g., lifestyle counseling) increases insurance reimbursement... Obvs not the only reason,
