I have missed on the actual participation in 5Ks, but it’s been more of a time to actually do it thing than a lack of effort. I’ve increased strength training to 3x/week as well. I think I’m the fittest I’ve been in nearly 20 years.

Haven’t done a goals update! I’ve been more focused for longer than I usually make it.

I’m working on a sub-20 minute 5k. It’s been really shocking how quickly my endurance has improved. It almost makes me ashamed that I’ve not pushed myself more, but I’m very proud of where I’ve gotten.
