Decision Desk HQ projects the VA Congressional Redistricting Referendum will Pass.

While No currently has the lead, based on the location and size of the remaining vote, Yes will take the lead as soon as the remaining counties report.

The conclusion anyone who follows both these teams for a while inevitably reaches

I genuinely love how Dem voters are pissed but still moralistic: this margin is “voting for a retaliatory gerrymander while shaking their heads the whole time so people know they disapprove of gerrymandering”.

This NYT map of which side is overperforming benchmarks is hilarious

Yes is slightly ahead in most of the state, moderately ahead around Roanoke and in Hampton Roads and then smashing in NoVa

I wonder if doge might have backfired!

what i like about following the mets is they are exactly like the sf giants in that a 3 run lead is a cause for concern not for celebration

That’s about all I’m going to watch so I hope this is where the horrible streak ends for you. We’re facing Yamamoto so I’m expecting nothing but an L from our game.

…yes, of course I forgot to move Lindor off my bench

That was a very aesthetically pleasing homer from Lindor as well

In almost no county is the 'NO' getting the swing it'd need, even if in most of the completed counties so far it's closer than the AG race.

But the best sign for the 'yes' so far is the result in Loudoun County, which is almost done & the result is a touch bluer than AG race.

No is getting close to what it needs in smaller localities, but it's flopping bad in big ones right now

Loudoun has 96/111 precincts in and it's Yes +21.8

Harris won Loudoun by 16 - and keep in mind late mail + provisionals will boost Yes a bit as well

Loudoun combined EV

Yes+28
Harris+23

it seems to be *good news* this time but I will still always shake my first at Loudoun County

The next administration must make clear that any immigrant, refugee, or asylum seeker wrongly deported, exiled, or otherwise mistreated by this administration will be readmitted with an expedited path to citizenship. Send a plane to get them.

We can't undo the damage. But we can do something.

Well being able to score runs with Susac in the team was nice, I’ll miss it

But only one Labour PM was successful enough to fire him twice.

Screenshot of a comment by user dogboydogboydogboydogboy. Comment reads: I didn't have olive oil so I subbed it for ghee. Didn't have onions so I changed it to crispy fried shallots. Didn't have any sausages so I used haggis instead. Didn't have paprika and oregano so I added Garam Masala. Couldn't find any wine so just threw in some sake. There was no stock so just added a flavour packet from some microwave noodles. Didn't have any spinach so just chucked in a few dandelions from the garden. No gnocchi at the shops so just used couscous. Absolutely smashing xx

Maybe if Chelsea’s warm-ups went into the opposition’s half they might see the net propped up with sticks they need to put the ball into?

Chelsea have lost five consecutive league games without scoring for the first time IN 114 YEARS. (Squawka)

It's now been 450 minutes since Chelsea last scored a Premier League goal.

A lot of Premier League fans find themselves supporting a clown car this year. Some just have more clowns in them than others.

We find ways to do it anyway but it kind of feels impossible for any team’s fans to take the piss out of another team at the moment

While I understand the health motivation for this, and I really do, I remain deeply uncomfortable about the idea that we can create a subsidiary group of adults who don’t have all the same freedoms as other adults (yes, even to chose to do stupid dangerous shit). 1/2
