Two thoughts on this: first, it’s interesting that other industries are now profiting off corporations like Walgreens successfully blaming shoplifters for their price gouging & bad practices.

Second, it’s an interesting time for a CEO to get mouthy in public.

So... he's abdicating the office, right?

He's not POTUS right now. His refusal to file isn't "exercising his core constitutional powers" as the SCOTUS defines it. Thus, there are legal consequences, i.e., a forfeit by default. Doesn't even have to mean Harris wins; he simply doesn't become POTUS. 🤷
