That is to be expected when you have urban warfare in which one side takes no preventive measures to secure civilians at all, uses imprecise weapons and human shield tactics? And that is only if this number has any accuracy at all which there is very little reason to belive since it is from Hamas.

That WOULD be a factor IF there was intent to do so permanently. Displacement to avoid civilian casualties has literally nothing to do with that. Please, just read the relevant conventions first before discussing about it. You reveal lack basic analytic knowledge and skills with every post.

Again, you seem to have real problems with actually udnerstanding what you are talking about. You yourself pointed to the evacuation of civilians from Gaza prior to the shift in focus - Which totally contradicts your claims? If they wanted to commit suicide, civilians wouldn`t have been evacuated.

And what has this statement to do with anything? You are completely evading giving actual proof of intent and are just throwing around random buzzwords. And by the buzzwords you use I know you never read any of the Geneva conventions to any extent. Civilian infrastrcuture isn`t protected per se.

Where do you see indiscriminate bombing to start with? I kknow of literally no military expert using this term. They literally let civilians evacuate which for you weirdly is proof of genocide eventhough it proofs the exact opposite. They wouldn`t if killing based on ethnicity etc. was their goal.

This guy literally doesn`t. Fun thign is: The actions of Hamas totally fit into the definition of genocide he just quoted. And he completely fails to provide the same on the people he accuses of genocide.

I am not aware of any bombing of areas declared safe that were not reactions to attacks from Hamas from these exact areas - which by the normal conventions of war means Hamas is responsible. The rest has literally nothing to do with genocide as you cited yourself ...

OK. So where do you see that in Gaza? Because the intent is obviously missing. Which simply debunks every such argument from the start.
