Two judges found that he was a member of MS-13. That finding has not been disturbed. 4. When arrested he was wearing what is effectively MS-13’s uniform.

The DHS spokesperson is now alleging that Mr. Abrego Garcia was arrested with "rolls of cash and drugs" and was "wearing what is effectively an MS-13 uniform" (Chicago Bulls gear). But:

1) He was arrested for loitering and not charged for anything
2) PGPD previously said they had no incident report

Skipped the paperwork. Ignored the court order. Broke the law. Ignored the constitution.

This ain’t immigration policy. This is straight-up defiance of the rule of law.

If the US government requires passports for you to practice your rights such as voting then passports should be provided for free to all and within a reasonable timeframe by said government.
