In case anyone's wondering "what the hell is MSK?" it's just short for musculoskeletal and I must admit that's not something I got familiar with until actually having experienced three types of joint pains in just the past 3-4 years.

The full daily program usually takes me about half an hour and well I suppose it's a good excuse to just have cartoons on in the background or whatever while doing them.

Well then, that's more weeks of MSK exercising and actually learning to self massage properly on more of my arm. My physio did pick up on a few signs of improvement and hopefully I won't need to get it injected which would suck a lot.

Some other cool things were done today like actually go to one of the city attractions like the Nottingham caves. We lived here for nearly 8 years and not thought to do something like that before. Some sushi was also very much enjoyed.

Birdwatching is great, but inadvertently spreading diseases that are literally putting certain species onto the red list is not, so hmm I'll give it another month for them to have the seeds. While it wasn't in our garden as such I was really lucky to have spotted greenfinches last year.

I like how I'm reading an article in which the rspb is now advising people not to feed seeds to garden birds during the summer when I've just had dunnocks feed on one of the feeders with the fat balls in. Also seeing wrens sing while looking through the binoculars.
