Tab tiles! For those times you need to compare/reference.
Also, tab search and spaces. So helpful for this tabaholic.

Ok, quick thread on why DeepSeek is blowing up assumptions about LLMs and maybe the whole (U.S.) AI industry. DeepSeek is an AI lab funded by a Chinese hedge fund, their AI code is open source, meaning freely available to use, which most big U.S. models (aside from Metaโs) are not. Thatโs the startโฆ
Mixture of Experts (MoE) is one of the main approaches that makes #deepSeek cost effective. Explainer: huggingface.co/blog/moe#wha... #ai
"Democratizing access." If the claims are true, I'm all for it. This principle is what the web was built on. #ai #deepSeek www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3Tp...
I don't frequent twitter these days, but I know Matt is trying to help those affected in his local community. His views are his own.
It's looking very likely that tomorrow @bsky.app will reach 30M users. Amazing growth. If you're not already aware, you can view the stats here. bsky.jazco.dev/stats
Decided to try leveraging htmx.org for my personal site that uses 11ty.dev. It's definitely snappier and much more efficient on network calls. Blending both has been a fun idea to try out. I'm a fan. #frontend #htmx #eleventy

Scale numbers increasing is just the scale giving up.
There's 3 seconds left on the clock. You're down by one point. Who do you give the basketball to?
Lebron James? Steph Curry?
Nope. You put it in the hands of 8th Grader Cooper Thorson.
He just hit the shot of a lifetime.
Oh, wow. That's a great feature!
Decided Iโm not calling them Copilots anymore.
From here on out, Iโm calling it all Microsoft Power Clippy.
I'm so glad I got to watch him steal third at Safeco field. I passed down my Ichiro shirt to my kids who still wear it. #mariners

It's really not about leaving the other platforms. It's about bringing people here and giving them more engagement than the other apps.
That's what people want. Engagement. Takes nothing to offer it

The final Calvin and Hobbes cartoon. The entire page is mostly white as they're in the winter snow. The pair is walking with a sledge, nicely duffled in in scarves, hats, gloves. Calvin delightedly exclaims 'wow, it really snowed las night! Isn't it wonderful?'. Hobbes follows up with 'Everything familiar has disappeared! The world looks brand-new!' -- A new year... a fresh, clean start!' adds Calvin. As they look over the landscape, Hobbes observes 'it's like having a big white sheet of paper to draw on!' -- 'A day full of possibilities!' Calvin affirms. They get ready on their sledge and Calvin tells his friend 'it's a magical world, Hobbes, ol' buddy... let's go exploring!', and the pair sledges off into the wintery landscape.
