Forcing myself to go back to gym monday. since starting office job i've gained a lil tummy fat which is fine if i hadnt neglected the gym so my arms & chest have shrunk so i feel disproportionate. I'm spending a lot of time looking in my reflection & breathing in as i walk around in sight of people.
