I’ve gotten quieter over the years but I yearn to be more vocal and expressive. I miss making connections through random internet exchanges. I don’t know what’s stopping me. Maybe it’s the fear of contributing nothing of value or not knowing how to begin again but I hope to overcome whatever it is.

👋🏼 tried and succeeded. It’s easy to self-host and deploy my own applications. It has also taught me a lot about writing my own Dockerfiles.
Yep, it certainly does but I don’t mind the time it takes. However, I do mind the ‘npm run build’ since that’s where my build takes the longest.
I haven’t tried the way you’ve suggested. But I’ll test it out and see how it goes!
Yes, there's another step in the Dockerfile that does that.
My DockerFile is based-off this guide:

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. It looks like they've changed `--production` in favor of the `--omit=dev` too.
Not npm but I'm using pnpm. I'm using it in a Dockerfile as a caching layer for my dependencies during the build step.
Just looked up the docs but it seems like it's not needed to pass the flag when NODE_ENV="production".

Wow… that’s appalling. You deserved a more genuine discourse. Not only was there low knowledge but low effort as well to do their research on guests that comes on the show.
I’ve gone bare but the holographic one is so tempting to put on my laptop.
I think I know which one you’re referring to because midway through that episode I stopped because the host kept disrespecting and being obnoxious and rude to you. After that I never bothered with that show again.
In my last role, I added data-ui attributes to the core components so we know that it should match the language the designers use.
I just discovered mise.jdx.dev.
Sounds like an amazing tool since I keep forgetting the commands between all various version managers.

I made the switch to Neovim and been using it for the past few weeks and I love it!
Although, I'm a bit slower in my workflow, I've learned so much about lua, configurations, buffers, and more.
Well said. Being in a 1/3 situation drains your well-being and often leads to negative feelings.
Hey Bluesky!
I’m shaking off a long hibernation from social media.
Looking forward to make new connections and hearing about what you’re up to.
