First Thargs encounter quite early, Pleiades.
Luckily scouts matter here, as I would have killed like 5 to 10 interceptors and never taugher oponents ! 797 kills look like a lot to me. (and others as it seems !)

Should I really rush a 2 to 3 hours neutron-jump-o-star just to die repeatedly but have a chance to gain those incredible pre-engineered FSD?
Sol is defenitly the place to be. There is something player should experience there.
