West Wing holds up in the comedy and some of the ethical discussions but BOY if anyone over 35 needs to explain to their kids just how progressive you are, show them a couple episodes so they can see what qualified as liberal in the late 90s.

Getting the tone right is why I love the #MCU, and Gunn’s #DCCU, and why I’m excited for #MastersOfTheUniverse as well. Streetfighter is silly shit, that’s why it was always better than Mortal Kombat, which was a game for guys who thought their video game skills meant they too were badasses.

Honestly, the fact that people are getting mad that the #Streetfighter movie very accurately looks like it takes place in the same world as #OnePiece, instead of pretending that it’s actually all bad ass and grim and gritty, and not silly as fuck, only makes me love it more. 🎥
